Located in the heart of La Llotja-Born, in Palma's historic centre, this 1857 building has undergone a comprehensive renovation to transform it into a contemporary workspace. The intervention retains the existing restaurant on the ground floor while adapting the upper floors to accommodate Convendum's offices, combining heritage, functionality and design.

The project revitalises a disused building while respecting its architectural identity and highlighting its original features. The main walls and structural elements have been preserved, while façade details such as the traditional golfas have been restored, alongside the incorporation of local materials such as natural stone and wood. The new layout introduces flexible workspaces, meeting rooms and communal areas, together with improved accessibility and contemporary services discreetly integrated into the building. The result is a rehabilitation project that brings a historic building back to life, adapting it to today's needs without compromising its character.
