Palmera 26
Located in the coastal neighbourhood of El Molinar, this small terraced house with a swimming pool combines contemporary architecture with clean lines and subtle Mediterranean character.
Due to the compact size of the site, the interior was carefully designed to make the most of every corner and open up as much of the space as possible, creating a sense of generosity and comfort.
Natural light plays a central role, complemented by a carefully selected palette of materials that brings warmth and a timeless aesthetic.
The white façade reinforces the Mediterranean character of the house, while timber elements add contrast and warmth.
Particular attention was given to the staircase, which acts as the centrepiece of the home. Its curved handrail creates a welcoming element that connects the different floors.
Outside, a small rear patio with a green-toned swimming pool creates a refreshing oasis that connects directly with the interior.
The result is a contemporary, light-filled home where indoor and outdoor living are brought together through a large window, extending the sense of space beyond the compact interior and into the patio.
